  • After placing your order, email us at mochimomentsstudio@gmail.com so we can collect your references!

    You can reply with a clear photo, character details, creature ideas, and your style preference.

  • Absolutely! I’m always happy to create something inspired by the feeling or world you love.

  • Most portraits are completed within 5–10 business days. I’ll keep you updated — and you’re always welcome to message me for a progress check!

  • Absolutely! I can even deliver it directly to their inbox with a sweet note from you.

  • We use a blend of Procreate, Photoshop, and AI-assisted tools for pose, lighting, or composition references — but every portrait is hand-finished, personalized, and fully custom-made just for you.

    If you don’t support AI art, there are plenty of other wonderful artists out there as well!
